🪡Sizes and fit

The skirt is drafted for EU sizes 32–54. Please check the size chart and compare the waist and hip measurements with a similar garment before selecting your size.

The silhouette is intentionally voluminous through the skirt. Make a toile or test version first to check the waistband fit, hip ease, skirt length, tie placement, and overall bubble volume.

🪡Recommended fabrics

The pattern is recommended for poplin or cotton fabric. These fabrics provide enough structure to support the rounded silhouette and keep the panel shaping visible.

🪡The pattern requires lining fabric as indicated in the fabric requirements. For sizes EU 32–42, allow approximately 1.7 metres / 1.86 yards of 150 cm / 59 in wide main fabric and approximately 1.7 metres / 1.86 yards of lining. For sizes EU 44–54, allow approximately 2.2 metres / 2.4 yards of main fabric and approximately 2.1 metres / 2.3 yards of lining.
